Yep, you read it right! After a couple of months of maternity leave, Becky is coming back to the track starting Tuesday, August 10th. Welcome back, coach Becky! And, more importantly, welcome Caitlin Jenny Lavelle and congrats to Becky & Brian!
August 3rd will be the last session coached by Shal. Don't forget to say goodbye and thank her for the gruesome tortures she inflicted us Finally, perspective members are encouraged to come to the track for a free session to get a feel of TRIbe in action! If you are not ready for action, you're welcome to drop by one of the monthly club meetings (the next one is going to be on Monday, August 9).

TRIbe never set out to be the biggest triathlon club. We seek members who have made the commitment to the athletic lifestyle, who desire the thrill of competition, but are humble enough to realize that there’s more to life than triathlon and perhaps the greatest benefit of the sport are the relationships we build along the way. TRIbe is more than a club: we’re training partners, a support system, A TEAM! TRIbe is also an Official Club of USA Triathlon. |

Congrats Dan!!! Awesome 3rd place finish in the M50-54 division at the Vineman 70.3! And as if that were not enough, he also made it to ironman.com! |
